Please note that where unrefined cane sugar is used, it is used sparingly. (Organic powdered sugar is used for the Black & White Cookies and as a decorative accent on some items.) All agave and unrefined cane sugar is organic and some of our chocolate is organic and all are sourced from socially responsible companies. Zero glycemic sugar can be used in several items and is suitable for some diabetics. Organic fruits are used where possible and our dried fruits (cranberries, raisins, etc.) are always organic. Organic/ free range eggs are also used. Enjoy!
